Winter Break
I know it's been a long time since the last post. Now I'm in my winter break. Yeah, It's winter break already, actually I mean finally...
This semester makes me totally exhausted, especially the last few weeks for the final, almost kills me.
I got back home on January 18th, for winter break. In the first few weeks, my friend Steven visit me in Taichung, so we hung out together. Steven is my seven years friend, I met him since he was a missionary. All I like to say is, I did have a lot of fun with him.

Go Green Travel!
Green travel become more and more popular lately, I found an article about green travel, I would like to share it with you guys here, because this is quite important.
The definition of green travel is to be a responsible traveler; you will never know what you can do to protect the environment. The first thing you can do when you go on a green travel, which is to choose a green hotel. You could surf on the Internet and find out what kind of recycling program they are using before you go there, for example, do they have saving water system? Bring toiletries by yourself; try our best not using the prepackaged one at hotel, because those bottles need a lot of plastic. Try our best not take long shower, because that is the best way for saving water.
Ecotourism is really important, if every tourist willing to do so, we will have better environment, moreover, the future generations can also experience the wonderful environment we have today.
Ecotourism means to support conservation efforts and observe wildlife.
Eco-firendly means not harmful to the environment.
Toiletries are the articles used in washing or taking care our body.

When we are leaving the room, turn the light, air conditioning, television, or heater off.
When you were at outdoor, bring a water bottle by yourself; and try your best to find a drinking fountain, instead keep buying water.
When renting a car, try to get most fuel-efficient one, try not drive so fast, if you do so you will use less fuel. But the most eco-friendly way is to take transportation; I know it is very hard, because not every place have transportation. When we are going to city sightseeing, we can just walk or bike if possible. *Number one and also the most famous one is hamburger. The name "hamburger" was comes from a city Hamburger, a city in Germany. There is a lot of restaurants claim that they invented the first hamburger, but there's still have some people believe that first hamburger was invented by Louis' Lunch, which is a sandwich shop in New Haven. The bread of the original hamburger was two pieces of white toasts, it was very popular among busy office worker in 1900. In 2000, United States Library of Congress credited Louis' Lunch with making first hamburger in the United States.
*Number two is BBQ baby Back Ribs. BBQ is the method for cooking food and using the heat of fire or smoking wood to grill, BBQ is usually cooked outdoor.
*Number three is Buffalo Chicken Wings. The first Buffalo Chicken Wings were prepared in Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York, on October 3, 1964, by Teressa Bellissimo. The reason why she comes up with this idea to invented this food was because she needed a fast and easy snack to present to her hungry guests.
*Number four is Chili Con Carne. There are different kinds of Chili, like with meat, without meat, with beans, without beans, and so on... But the original version is Texas-Style Chili
*Number five is Pizza. Pizza is an Italian recipe, but the U.S created so many different ways to making pizza, pizza is kind of American classic food. There are five style of American pizza - New York-style pizza, Chicago-style pizza or Chicago-style deep dish pizza, St. Louis-style pizza, and California-style pizza.

The U.S Attractions - Top 5.

There is a lot of attractions in the United States, but I would like to introduce you the most famous 5 attractions in the United States.
Top 1.
Orlando, Florida. There is a lot of theme parks in Orlando, like Universal Studio, Sea World, Discovery cove, and Disneyland. Trip advisor said Orlando is the best vacation destination for everyone. I think those theme park is for all ages, that why Orlando is in top 1 of the U.S attraction.
Top 2.
Las Vegas, Nevada. There is a lot of shows performing in Las Vegas, and they will add new show frequently, in order to bringing the crowds back for more. Moreover, there is also have a theme park in downtown Las Vegas. I had been there once, it was really fun.
Top 3. Maui, Hawaii. There is a highway connecting from Hana to Maui. Hana highway is famous for it's spectacular views, those views which including magnificent waterfall, beaches, and Seven Sacred Pools. The scenery there will make you feel just like paradise.
Top 4.
Grand Canon National Park, Arizona. Grand Canon is one of the "Seven Natural Wonders of the world", and it is also the most famous hiking destination in the U.S. I had been there once, I got stunned by the magnificent view, I urge to everyone, if you have chance you must visit there during this life, or you will regret.

Central Park, N.Y.C, New York. The first landscaped public park in the U.S. Central Park covers six percent of Manhattan. Their have so many interesting activities, like ice skating, romantic carriage ride, science center, and even free concert! The United States does not have an official language, but more than 82% of the population speaks English as their native language. That is very interesting, because most of people seem English as the official language of the United States, and because of the United States, English can become our global language after World War II. There are two kind of English being spoken in the United States, one is American English, another is Canadian English, but they all count North American English though.
Spanish is the second most common language in the United States, and is spoken by over 12% of the population. The United States holds the world's fifth largest Spanish-speaking population, most of those people are lived in Southwestern United States.
German language is ranks fifth in the United States, in the early 20th century Italian, Polish, and Greek are still widely spoken but when the older generation passed away, those language become less to be spoken. Russia is also spoken by immigrant population.

Because of the of the population, New York is the largest city in America, the second one is L.A, L.A located in California, west of America. The population in there is 3,834,340.
